This week on Digital Dialogue we sit down again with our VP of Sales Mike Arsenault to talk to him about the tactics he employs when closing a sale. This will be the first episode in which we take you through the process of developing a website at Yelling Mule through the eyes of the various departments here.

Today we went over the four different types of closing tactics with Mike and how he implements them into his own routine. He then gives us some specific tips that helps him during the selling process, and he explains why you always want the decision maker when trying to close.
