Our Company

We deliver profitable, innovative, strategy-driven and award winning websites. We are an award winning Boston web design company that builds results-driven websites for companies of all sizes. Our services include custom, responsive web design, ongoing maintenance and strategy driven marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales for our clients. As part of the Mule Group family of companies we can also offer digital marketing services, cybersecurity, training, on-demand support & consulting and much more.

Our Core Values

Transparency

From your first request for a quote to the day we launch your new website, our unique process ensures complete transparency throughout the entire project. Our proposals are very easy to understand, have no hidden costs, and we make sure you understand exactly what you’re getting. This extends to the design, development, populating, and launch of your new site, meaning you know exactly what is happening during each phase of the project, and are involved throughout the entire process.

Collaboration

To ensure we stay true to 100% transparency, our online project management tool (Monday.com) allows you to see the breakdown of your project in easy to understand chunks. Your account manager will walk you through what we need from you, when we need it, what we’re working on, and when each milestone will be completed. These milestones are clearly outlined with expected delivery dates, who on our team is working on it, and what the current status is. Our unique process has five approval points and you’re always able to communicate to the team member who is working on each part of the project to ensure direct feedback and quick turnaround of requested changes.

Results

Our award winning team of web designers and developers ensure that your website looks great, works great, and is easy for you to update. However, this is only part of the overall goal. This is why we always start discovery meetings with “what is the goal of your new website?”. Our team is well versed in sales, lead generation, information delivery, and tying this all together in a user experience that delivers results. We put tools in place to track these results and work with you to determine your KPIs so that we can generate easy to understand reports and make tweaks as needed so your site is always delivering optimal results.

Relationships

From day one, our goal is to establish a great relationship with our clients, which you’ll likely notice when your request for a quote gets a reply almost instantly. This relationship is strengthened throughout the project by our three other pillars: transparency, collaboration, and results. What makes us truly unique is that this relationship extends well beyond the project with our ongoing maintenance services, digital marketing, and strategy. Having been in business since 1999, some of our clients have been with us for over 10 years for ongoing work, maintenance, and updates. We’d love to add you to that list.
